Aluminium door and window fabricator wanted in Huntington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Huntington County, Indiana. You will work on a commercial shopfront installation. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing Day-to-day duties: • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
