Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Kentucky)

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Anderson County, Kentucky. The job is in a bread factory. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
