Plumbing technician wanted in City of Newport News

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plumbing technician in City of Newport News, Virginia. You will work on residential construction sites. Day-to-day duties: • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits • Install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps • Read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall • Fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves Requirements: • Willing to attend emergency call-outs • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
