Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses On a typical shift you will record output and downtime on the production sheet; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
