Hotel front desk supervisor — Funtua

Now hiring: we are hiring a hotel front desk supervisor in Funtua, Katsina State. You will be based in a resort or holiday hotel. Requirements: • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience On the job you will handle: • Take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status 6+ years on the tools preferred.
