Now hiring: gas pipeline fitter (Mississippi)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Carroll County, Mississippi. The job is in a gas distribution network. On the job you will handle: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
