What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Day-to-day duties: • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
