Immediate opening: café server (Washington)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a café server in Island County, Washington. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager.
