Refrigeration and AC mechanic • South Lanarkshire, Scotland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. The job is in an HVAC service company. Day to day you will replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; service split AC units and VRF systems; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge. What we are looking for: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
