Your main tasks: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Performance bonus on top of base pay.
