Join our team: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Russell County, Virginia. Day to day you will cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
