Machinist — Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machinist in Grant County, Minnesota. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance The role involves: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
