Coating plant operator — White County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in White County, Indiana. The job is at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
