Catering cook — Silver Bow County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Silver Bow County, Montana. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
