We are recruiting: commercial solar installer (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commercial solar installer in Davie County, North Carolina. You will be based at a ground-mount solar farm. Your main tasks: • Install string inverters, optimisers and rapid shutdown devices • Mount and wire battery storage units and charge controllers • Install PV modules and torque bolts to manufacturer spec • Lay out panel strings to match the shading and layout plan • Terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting and carrying panels all day • Proven experience installing rooftop or ground-mount PV systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
