Back-of-house cleaner • Hot Spring County, Arkansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time, day shift.
