Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
