Packing and moving operative wanted in Wake County

Now hiring: we are hiring a packing and moving operative in Wake County, North Carolina. You will be based in a block of flats with a lift. On a typical shift you will load and unload furniture, boxes and appliances into the removal van; lay down floor protection sheets before starting work in a customer's home; operate a tail lift to load heavy or bulky items into the van; disconnect and reconnect washing machines and white goods where required; work as part of a two- or three-person crew under time pressure. You should have: • Own steel-toe boots and work gloves • Good manual handling technique and awareness of health and safety • Flexible availability including early starts and occasional weekends At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
