What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Your main tasks: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar 1+ years on the tools preferred.
