Shuttering charge hand — Buckingham County

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Buckingham County, Virginia. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. The role involves: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
