You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
