Tandoor cook wanted in Cross County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Cross County, Arkansas. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
