We are recruiting: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Hamilton County, Kansas. You should have: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness The role involves: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads Part-time with flexible hours.
