Great opportunity: we are hiring a mesh screen fitter in Essex, England. The job is in an apartment block replacing old screens. The role involves fit fibreglass or PVC-coated mesh into frame channels with a spline roller; fit sliding screen doors onto top and bottom guide tracks; drill and fix mounting brackets, hinges and catches to window frames; clean and service existing screens, replacing worn rollers and springs; take on-site measurements and quote materials before ordering; press rubber spline into the frame groove to lock the mesh taut. Ideal candidate: • Friendly manner for working in occupied homes • Comfortable working from ladders at height on upper floors Full-time with occasional weekends.
