Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Kimball County, Nebraska. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
