Aluminium technician wanted in Borough of Bury

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Borough of Bury, England. The job is on a commercial shopfront installation. The role involves: • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing You should have: • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill 1+ years on the tools preferred.
