Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Nobles County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Nobles County, Minnesota. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. Day-to-day duties: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Performance bonus on top of base pay.
