Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Santa Cruz County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Santa Cruz County, California. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard 4+ years on the tools preferred.
