Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Your main tasks: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel Rotating shifts. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
