Day-to-day duties: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery You should have: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Confident with manual handling and load securing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
