Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Hayes County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Part-time with flexible hours.
