Urgent requirement: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Harrison County, Ohio. The role involves: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
