Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Isiala-Ngwa South

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Isiala-Ngwa South, Abia State. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 3+ years on the tools preferred.
