Prep cook — Buruku Local Government Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Buruku Local Government Area, Benue State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
