Join our team: we are hiring a fettler in Coke County, Texas. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection The role involves melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
