Dish pit attendant wanted in Tangaza

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Tangaza, Sokoto State. The job is in a hospital canteen. You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Part-time with flexible hours.
