Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
