Immediate opening: spray painter (automotive) (New York)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Ulster County, New York. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. You will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
