Stockroom assistant • Howard County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stockroom assistant in Howard County, Missouri. You will work in a department store stockroom. On the job you will handle: • Help customers find items and carry heavier items to the till • Top up chiller and freezer sections quickly to protect the cold chain • Rotate stock using first-in-first-out so older dates sell first • Report low stock, damaged goods and pricing errors to the supervisor • Break down pallets and move stock to the sales floor with a pallet truck • Build end-cap and promotional displays for offers Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for checking delivery quantities and stock counts • Experience using a pallet truck or cage trolley • Able to lift and carry boxes up to 20kg repeatedly through a shift 6+ years on the tools preferred.
