Scaffold fitter • City of Franklin, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in City of Franklin, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Able to read basic scaffold drawings You will tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level.
