Powder coating sprayer • Todd County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Todd County, Kentucky. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
