Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
