Great opportunity: powder coating technician (Adamawa State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Michika, Adamawa State. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
