Great opportunity: we are hiring a dogger in Cheshire West and Chester, England. Day-to-day duties: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
