Protective coatings painter wanted in Richland Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Richland Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy decorating firm. Your main tasks: • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job You should have: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
