Automotive refinish painter • Butte County, Idaho

Great opportunity: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Butte County, Idaho. You will be based in a spray booth. On the job you will handle: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
