Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
