Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Red Lake County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
