Aluminium fitter — Pierce County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Pierce County, Washington. You will be based at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes The role involves punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
