Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator in Hardin County, Iowa. You should have: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety On a typical shift you will record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
